What if I don't live in Charleston or Seattle?

No problem, we can help plan and ship decorations to your destination. We also love a trip!

Can I bundle different services?

Yes! Bundle options (and discounts) can be quoted.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

We understand things don't always go to plan. A credit can be offered should your event reschedule. A full refund will be provided if a cancellation request is received 30 days before the event.

Can you take down decorations?

Yes, take down services are available for a fee of $200. Please note this is for decor Bachelorette Bestie brings.

Do you only do bachelorette parties?

No! We love an excuse to decorate. Birthdays, showers, girls' weekends- we love it all.

How early do I need to book?

We would like 7 days to work our magic. Please note- custom goods require a 30 days notice to ensure they arrive on time. 

When is payment needed?

50% of the total is due at booking, remaining 50% is due 1 week prior to the event date.
